How was this used, was it just a patriotic flag for home use, or used at military functions? It's almost 30 inches long and double sided. Thanks for the help. Ken

Ken,

 

These type of vertical hanging pennants could have been used in a number of fashions; NSDAP Party halls could have had these adorned around the room and these could have been suspended from second floor walkways to hang down.

 

I will dig out some reference books to see if there are any images of these hanging..

 

A very nice multipiece pennant.
