yeah thats what I was thinking and the same reason I didn't get it. It just seemed off to me

I also found this one for the National Liberation Commitee. the flag was made in 1940 and converted into a CLN flag in 1944 I guess because there is red ink saying C.L.N 1944 but in black ink there is "Napoli 1940". Is this worth anything or a display worthy piece?

If it was made in 1940 it would have the Savoi coat of arms on it. Rich A. in Pa.
