Just acquired this, I  have been lazy translating the back.Been to enamored with the photo. The pilot observer wing? is huge.I thought them to be smaller.Someone who knows the DLV  please correct me if those are another type of wing.

It’s the pilot observer wing for the DLV. There is another DLV wing that is shorter. I agree it’s a stunning image.

 

I think on the back it tells you the type of plane he flew, the date he got his wing and similar information.

I knew it was not the wireless operator "wings" I was not sure the pilot observer were that long.
