Is it WWII vintage?  Worn by Norwegian troops or US support personnel?

Your Norway title appears to be English-made and WWII vintage. It is consistent with what Norwegian soldiers serving in the exile army wore. The title would have been sewn to a British Battle Dress jacket and would have been trimmed down to just outside of the white border when worn.
