Can someone give me some info on this Soviet cap?? I know nothing about Soviet militaria so any help on age would be greatly appreciated. Looks like a typical army overseas cap, the pins were added to be sold to tourist.

The small red flag badge on the left is a Komsomol badge which was basically the Communist boy scouts. These could be worn on military uniforms if the soldier had previously been a member. The star below it is an officers rank start worn on the shoulderboards. The size of that star depicts that of a lieutenant. The rest are just tin badges which were manufactured to raise money for various communist causes. The price is usually on the back, moulded into the metal. The star and wreath are an enlisted man's collar device. The patch, judging by the colour belongs to some part of the MVD (military wing of the ministry of the interior).
