I think the short wool jacket may be East German but not sure.  The overcoat has 3 stars on shoulderboards maybe a General.  The crossed Roman type swords with flowers on the back buttons and the scepter insignia makes me think Italian maybe even pre-WWII.  The medallion portion of WWII Fascist Mussolini Medal came out of the same booth area.  Any help with identity and value appreciated.  Make it a fair value as I will list in FS section on Forum.  Richard

As for value I would think $25-50 on the Czech maybe $25 on the DDR.
