I'd like to get some more info on some of the items I've recently received. 

I believe this may be a set of an Italian POW or an IMI.

 I personally know nothing about the Italian uniforms.

 I think the pants that came with it are British. 

I hope you guys can give me more information about the objects.

Maybe a former Italian soldier working in the early days for the British after Italy's capitulation, seeing the small royal Italian Flag sewn to the sleeve. The Cap, it's an Officer's,  seems to have the cap rank badge of a 2nd Lieutenant and of the Sapper Arm, a crude embroidered one.
