Waffen post card. Pretty famous picture. Real or Fake - reprint? 

The lines running across the image of SS Sturmbannführer Kurt Meyer (above) remind me of how images look when our home computer printer is running low on ink. In other words, it does not look right. I have handled a lot of genuine TR postcards and recall none of them looking that way, either. In addition, one of the sources I use for postcard research (https://pantorijn.blogspot.com/), none of the cards he has posted (that I recall) look that way, with those sorts of lines across the image. 

 

I have added an example below of what it is supposed to look like. In comparing the example with the questioned postcard, you be the judge. Hope this helps.
