Middle Eastern made copy of US M-1914 canteen find at flea market

I found this interesting canteen at the flea market today that looks like it is a copy of the US M-1914 canteen.  There are no markings on this canteen but the front decal has Arabic script and Fida Co which I Googled and there is a Fida Trading Company out of Dubai.

My pleasure. They used a variety of canteens. Ive gotten several of these canteen from Iraqi war vets.
