It is the Knights Cross of the Volunteer or the Order of the Volunteer's Cross of Litsar.  I believe it is a modern medal given to those that have volunteered to help in the countries war efforts against the Russians in Ukraine.

This came from an oder estate.  Were these medals given out for a number of years?
