South Vietnam Parachute badges have a strong resemblance to French Jump wings only smaller. The Army (ARVN) wings shown here were in three levels of skill and experience: Basic, Senior with star in suspension lines and master with a palm frond in the suspension lines. Also they had three levels of gold Parachute Instructor wings with the only the basic shown in the 1st close up photo. In the 2nd photo are other examples of Parachute wings and badges from South Vietnam.
