I posted this in the section titled Real or Fake initially. Since it garnered no response I thought I’d post it here. The badge appears to be a pre or early war Soviet bombardiers badge. I have seen one that was similar but this one lacks the red star usually seen on Soviet badges. It appears that the enamel seen on these has been removed or completely worn off. Any opinions would be welcome. The photos are from the sale listing for this badge. It looks like it’s authentic but the missing red star has me wondering.

I’ve found a Soviet badge listed as being a flight badge from the pre WWII period that is similar to the one I originally posted about. I have no idea whether either is original or not. Any input would be appreciated. I have also posted these in the Real, Fake or Repro thread as well.
