North korean belt buckle south korean bring back.

About 3 years ago when I lived on oahu I was hanging out with a buddy over by a trash heap at the flea market. We were talking and noticed a hobo digging in the trash which was pretty common out there but the guy pulled a korean flag out that looked home made which got my attention. After he was done scrounging for cans I went over and found the box he pulled it from. It was mostly pictures and paperwork that belonged to a south korean vet. The earliest stuff was from japanese occupation. Looks like he was in his 20's when the korean war kicked off. This buckle (which I'm guessing is north korean) with a patched bullet hole was the only piece of gear in the box. One of these days I will post up some of the pictures. Pretty interesting to see it from the south korean perspective.
