I know this is an original helmet. My question is about the chinstrap. Real or fake? This was a trade I did locally for a bunch of stuff I didn't want for something that made nice shelf candy.  Word under the bridge of German helmet collecting is hollow rivets are no good. I'm gonna sell this to fund, yet another, Civil War rifle musket. Trying to get it right for potential buyers. Thanks in advance!
