Can anyone tell me the date of this Ammo belt? I was told it was 1950s but don’t know if that’s correct.

    It's dated 1968 I believe.

    1968 is correct. I believe 1962 was the first year of production for this "chestrig" style" In the 50s it was a belt pouch similar in concept to the Soviet design.
