A Me 323 Gigant Transport plane where a ,Opel Maultier towing a 10.5 cm leFH 18M piece, either exiting or entering the ship, the truck and cannon more than likely of one of the Panzer Artillery Regiments  from a Panzer Grenadier Division, and in 1943 there were a lot, the 3rd, 15th, 29th and 90th Panzer Grenadier Divisions, followed later in the new year by the 16th SS Panzer Grenadier Division. The plane might be from Transportgeschwader 5
