Below are two reproduction Waffen-ᛋᛋ other ranks' belt buckles (Koppelschloss, literally "coupling lock").  Both buckles are die struck in steel.

 

Top:  "RODO" for Robert Dold, Offenburg (Offenburg is a city located in the state of Baden-Württemberg, Germany).

 

Bottom: Stylized "A&S" for F.W. Assmann & Söhne Lüdenscheid (Lüdenscheid is a city in the Märkischer Kreis district, in North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. It is located in the Sauerland region).
