I seek information and insignia worn by the United Nations Italian Forces that served in the Korean War.

Not sure on any special insignia yet, but as a Medical Unit, the insignia worn will be your standard ones for the Medical Arm as well a standard Ranks.

I have been searching in many different places.  What I need is detailed pictures of what I should be looking for.

This soldier wear a uniform of Italian Military Medical Corps during Korea War.

This is a detailed list of badges, insegna and ribbons.

 

Medical Corps Insigna for cap. (Bustina)

 

Medical red flash insigna (red fabrics)  and military service stars (metal)

 

 

Ribbons looks:

War Merit Medal (Merito di Guerra)

 

Or Liberation War Medal

 

But i can not recognise the other ribbon (with 3 white stripes)

 

On right arm there is:

 Ribbon for war wound

 

And something that looks a red cross military badge, but is just my idea.
