I have this pin that I am trying to identify. It came from a collection of a retired US Master Chief. He was in the Philippines at one point. I typed the words in to translation and the language that was detected was Romanian. I am unable to identify the map in the background. Is this regular police? Military Police? It looks as though it had 2 pins like a US Army DUI. It is hallmarked "Arthus Bertrand Paris". Any help would be appreciated.
