Im not a big fan of this flag. It kind of looks like joke with that tiny center. I apologize for being judgmental. The edge is done all wrong too, in my limited experience. My favorite are self finished edges, where the edge is woven back into itself, as shone in pics. This is usually done on the long edge with the short ends folded over and sewn. 

 

I agree with PP that this is not a good banner to pursue. The roundel and swastika appear authentic, but this would have most likely been on a smaller red cloth. It could have been a homemade banner made from excess materials or the roundel was removed from a smaller flag and put on this material, but I would not want this in my collection.
