I’m having trouble finding any information past surface level findings from auction sites and a single wikipedia entry regarding the Argentine contract Model 1895 Uhlan Lance. 

Does anyone here have any good articles/blogs/etc that goes more into detail regarding these? Im trying to track down an operational history, the different models that were in production for the Uhlans, as well as units produced.

I had one of these steel lances back in the 1960s that I bought from Ye Old Hunter (dealer) from a "Shotgun News" add.  Mine was made by Weyersberg as I recall and had a ribbed Bakelite grip area with brass ends.  Brass eyelets for a pennant but I don't recall how many.  Anyway, they sold as surplus for around $20. bucks back then.

We have 2 of them right now - I can get photos if that helps.  You might want to look into a Bannerman's catalog see if they mention them. I am not sure when Argentina "surplused" all of them and the 1895 rifles and bayonets (but i assume it was at the same time).
