I believe the weapon is a 203 mm Howitzer M1931 (B-4). Also known as the 'Karelia Sculptor' due to its use against Finnish concrete fortifications the piece additionally found use in the Wehrmacht who fired German ammunition from the captured guns.

Well we've seen the 10.5cm leFH 18M howitzer being used by Syrian rebels as recently as 2015..... 

Different guns with the same caliber of 203 mm are still in use today (by several other nations as well, e.g. U.S. SPH M110). Successor of the M1931 was the 203 mm SPH 2S7 " Pion" or "Malka", a much more powerfull gun than the M1931 with an effective firing range of about 40 km.
