Just got what I think an original badge for the IDF Navy Commando unit. I have a few that I bought but never thought they were issued made. I collect stuff to go with military watches I collect. About 10-15 years ago I added a Eterna Kontiki Supper IDF to the collection that was issued to the IDF Navy Commando Unit Shayetet 13 during the 1970's.

Saw this vintage beat up badge on eBay so figure it had to be a legit issued one has a strange attachment set up never seen that before. A few photos added for the watch I got it for.

This is an original badge, as you say the fixing is strange but they come in many sizes and fixings. The one shown in the photo with the watch has the wreath and star for 10 years service.
