In short, yes aircrew were issued or wore goggles as well as the pilot and co-pilot. Whether they chose to wear them would have been a personal decision. 

 

This IWM article refers to the MarkVIII and states aircrew were not issued this pattern until earlier stocks were exhausted https://www.iwm.org.uk/collections/item/object/30016159
