Years ago, bought this off eBay it was ether a Ukraine or Russian seller so probably saw service on the eastern Front and was a war prize. It was made by the Kienzle clock company. It could be hung on a wall or table with legs to keep it from falling over. There is a 1940 date mark and issue serial number.
