I found this flag on Gunbroker if you guys want to check it out it seemed strange due to the number saying 75/300 on the corner of the flag. Any thoughts or red flags for this banner? Note this is probably one of the last posts I am creating for banners/flags.

I like what I am seeing so far. Is it two sided or single sided? (Two roundels with swastikas).. 

 

75/300 may indicate size in centimeters. 300cm = 9.8 feet and 75cm = 2.4 feet. 

 

Can't really tell by the images the size, there is nothing to scale this but I would have no issues with this large banner.

Does the flag ring and bells or does it look off? 

The banner looks fine to me. Vibrant colors. Looks like it has been stored nicely.
