WW2 German Conversion tunic?

Hello everyone,

So I have a tunic that was converted to a German tunic at some point. I know the Germans would convert uniforms for conscript use and I'd like to get opinions on this one. I owned a Dutch conversion a long time ago and the stitching on the added collar was very similar. Thing is, this one seems to possibly be Yugoslavian or something around that area and I've never seen one that wasn't Dutch. I did a glow test and none of the stitching glows anywhere on the tunic. There's heavy ghosting of a breast patch. What do you guys think? Original? Put together with Original parts?
