I picked up two large Waldorf Astoria cigarette card albums at a local KCMCC militaria show over the weekend that I thought I would show.

 

One has color cigarette cards of the Imperial German "Old Army".  These albums were put out by the Waldorf Astoria cigarette company to stimulate sales much like baseball cards in the US.  The second album is of the Reichswehr or the then current Weimar Republic Army and Navy.  There is another album like this that has cards for the Colonial Schutztruppe but I already have that particular album.  

 

A nice pick-up to find at the show.
