Still digging through a recent find and was able to ID this patch as South Africa 32 Battalion, but can't find the exact thing online. Thanks for any help with more info on this patch

    Seems to be a blazer pocket badge for a Staff member of the 32 Battalion Association. (Stafld is Afrikaans for Staff member).
