Hi ussjfkcv67 I've searched Ancestry and Find My Past, in addition to the National Archives who hold Royal Marine service records between 1842-1925, for a Private F Walker 471-s- and have not been able to identify your medal recipient. There is an extremely helpful site with many experts, free to join, and works in a very similar way to here that may well be worth posting your enquiry on www.greatwarforum.org Rarely do enquiries not get answered in this group.
