I'm trying to ID this patch. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

I would be shocked if this was ARVN, their issue patches were either printed or woven. A small minority of privately purchased patches were made with either hand embroidery or hand-guided machine embroidery but this is obviously factory embroidered.
