This pin was in a group of memorabilia I got years ago. The soldier was in Y force of the Chinese expeditionary forces. He was an advisor in small arms and artillery. My google won’t translate it for me. I was just curious about any information anyone might have. It seems to be made of brass. Thanks Mark 

This is a qualification award given out be the US Chinese Training and Combat Command 1943 to 1945. They exist in many variations with some in English and some in Chinese and several different weapons. I think the top bar reads USA- China note the US star and Chinese sun and the bottom bar is the weapon. These are shown in Emerson's book "Markmanship in the US Army"
