Imperial Russian artillery time fuzes were designated by the number of seconds on the time ring not by an alfa numeric nomenclature designator like more modern fuzes.  The 130sec fuze was typically used with shrapnel projectiles fired from Russian 3 inch field pieces.  Dug items like this example typically have moderate to severe pitting in the aluminum alloy bottom portion.  The brass caps don't corrode nearly as much in the ground.

By way of explanation for those wondering how or why the bore of a Russian gun would be designated in inches (3 inch or 3 incher) instead of in standard metric terms, the standard Russian field gun M1902 was first introduced as a "3 incher" and was first employed in the Russo-Japanese war. The Russian defense establishment converted the designation "3 Incher" for this gun into the now familiar Russian / Soviet bore of 76.2 mm.  This gun was standard from the Russo-Japanese War, through WWI and Russian Revolution.
