May 19, 20242 yr #1 Hi Team Looking for more information on this patch. I originally asummend this was a Kosovo Police Unit but it could be UN based. Note the light blue beret and light blue background. If it is a UN based team why would it be designated SOG The patch is large 13.cm (5.3inches) x 14cm (5.5inches) all opinions welcomed. cheers Phill

I believe this is the deployment badge worn by the Czech Special Operations group in Kosovo. This link has information on the unit. https://thortac.com/disbanded-but-not-forgotten-the-czech-special-operations-group/ Gunner
May 24, 20242 yr Author #3 Thanks Gunner I did find this on the Royal Ulster Constabulary about 3/4 of the way down shows the same patch , brought back from Kosovo by RUS/PSNI (Police Officers Northern Island). There is also a cap with badge of Kosovo mission. I beleive this unit was around 1999-2002 re UNMIK. I think this could of been a combined UN Police SOG team involving elite police individuals from various European Police Forces with military advisors(?). https://www.letsbeavinyou.com/?page_id=4674 Maybe a bit early for Czech SOG? Cheers for the input. Phill
