Saw this online today and thought it maybe of interest.

The last of “The Few” turns 105.

Group Captain John “Paddy” Hemingway DFC, AE, who is 105 years old today!

Paddy is the last verified surviving pilot of the Battle of Britain which took place between 10th July and 31st October 1940. He was born in Dublin on 17st July 1919.
