I don’t really collect TR items and don’t know very much about them.. but I do have a handful of assorted ones.  I’m slowly going thru a couple to figure what they are and whether they’re good or repros.

 

Here is one that I’m not sure if it is civilian or military.  The bottom ribbon represents the National Faithful Service Ribbon and was awarded both to civilians and military.  The top is a war cross?  Are these fairly common.. any idea of value?
 

Does anyone know why these type ribbons were arranged on top of each other vs. sided by side.
