Has been altered very heavily, at one time it was an original but it has been essentially made useless and not worth anything.

Original buckle that was altered for biker or rebellious youth use so it could be used with an American style belt.  You need a chrome plated biker helmet to go with it. Collectible in the biker genre.  I like it. 

I’d pay for that, more than nothing. It has a new belt attachment and the original one is missing, the catch is missing, the buckle has been badly ground or sanded down, red paint was added and it looks funky.
