October 14, 20241 yr #1 Gents, I thought I would show a 13 round capacity 9mm Browning High Power pistol made under German occupation as the P640(b). This is the so-called third model pistol made without a wooden stock slot or tangent sights. It is in the circa 1943 serial number range where the serial numbers were given letter suffixes in the German manner. This pistol has a six digit s/n without a suffix. The distinctive brown leather holster has been dyed black and has a large magazine pouch on the front to fit the double stacked 13 round split tail WaA140 marked magazine. The holster is dated 1943 and is WaA stamped. Interestingly the belt loop has been sized down and re-enforced with period white stitching. The holster has no maker markings.
