Noticed these 3 groups in a local thrift store (usa) and curious if there is anything of interest

I think you could buy hats with all this brick-a-brack attached as souvenirs in Russia.  IMHO, hilariously, ridiculously over priced.

and thinking maybe a great find in there somewhere

No problem!  Personally, these are $10 items, but I guess there are people who might pay upwards of, say, $25 for them?
