I picked these up in a small lot.  I haven't had any luck identifying them as real or fake.  I think the first one might be real because of the makers mark.  Averaged out to a few dollars each.

The top one has a chance. The makers mark is not always a good indicator, many fakes use them. The bottom one is a repro. The back lacks detail.

It’s an early political eagle that was most commonly used on SA hats, early SS hats and political hats.
