Recent addition from an auction here in KC. From what I see, these aren't too common? Some kind of sticker residue on the back which I've not tried to remove.

    Not rare or scarce.  Borderline common.  Nice specimen.

    Thanks! Figured it out - I had found a variant online ("three-feather") that was being referred to as rare, not this version.
