Hey everyone! A fellow collector of mine has this patch. I am not good with German patches. He wants to trade for an IJA sergeant jacket I have for this patch. Problem is, I don’t know if this is a really good fake or the real deal. What do y’all think?

It is a Waffen SS one, as seen here on a 6th SS Mountain Division Sergeant in Finland. Patch seems alright, let others look in.

    No issues with the patch from what I see, it's pattern and material is consistent with other SS edelweiss insignia from the era.
