February 9Feb 9 #1 Looking for opinions on this bronze CCC everything seems correct except the backing plate is not magnetic. Not sure if that’s a red flag?
February 9Feb 9 #2 hello, I have one of these in gold that is really worn. I bought it from a very reputable dealer. I must say, your looks very similar to mine. I wonder if your example is a worn gold example. My backplate looks just like yours... my apologies if I am seeing yours wrong... But regardless mine was made by a different maker but the backplate is identical...

February 9Feb 9 #4 well if it is gold which I think it is, it is a rare medal. Congrats on a pretty good score. I would value yours at around ~$1200, in my humble opinion. I have picked up good deals at shows before and the low-grade finishes are easy to mimic each other when well worn. The back of the pin really looks gold in the pics. But even if bronze, it looks good to me. Neat medal regardless.
