February 19Feb 19 #3 Hi, This is an infantry garrison cap m.1959 officially came into effect in this date and was intended for the ordinary off-duty uniform. It was in use till '70. Probably this is the winter version made of wool, the summer one is made by cotton. Alpini cap is very different.
