March 23Mar 23 #2 11th Hussars (Prince Albert's Own) They were a divisional troop unit under the HQ of the division, reconnaissance, Relived from the 7th Armd Div in November 1943, their place taken by the 8th King's Royal Irish Hussars .

Thanks for that info. Is the rectangular patch under the 7 AD patch the one for Royal Armoured Corps (RAC)? He is Sergeant rank? Thanks again

Thanks again Yes they're called arm of service strips and Yes, Sergeant. Though he dose not have the Royal Armoured Corps Arc for whatever reason.
