Hit a garage sale this afternoon and bought this buckle for $15. It's got a ding at the bottom and I know, I know, condition is important but for $15???

I don't see a maker mark, only the 1940 on the back.

Thanks! Did a bit more cleaning wit mineral spirits on the back and found the maker mark!
