Recently acquired this Officer's belt, with two piece buckle and holster.  With my limited knowledge in this area (I mainly concentrate on WWII RAF/RCAF) I think these may be for a Japanese officer?  What threw me off a bit was the holster, as it does not appear to be for a Nambu and the impression in the leather seems to be for a fluted cylinder revolver.  Any help or thoughts greatly appreciated.  Many thanks in advance.

Your belt buckle seems to indicate the wearer was a Manchukuoan officer.  The five petal cherry blossom has about 20 stamen which indicates higher rank.  This is the Manchu Qing Dynasty puppet state set up by the Japanese.
