Hi, My dad was a Captain in the RAMC at the end of the War. He graduated from Medical School in Liverpool on July 7, 1945.

My Uncles were Ordinary Airmen in the RAF. A distant relative by marriage was KIA with the Lancashire Fusiliers with the 50th Royal Tank Regiment in Italy, December 21, 1943.

Various ancestors were in in the First WW with Royal Garrison Artillery and the Kings Irish Liverpool as well as the 39th Fusiliers (Jewish Brigade).A great Uncle was in the Russian Army prior to 1905 -Private in the 4th Infantry Division of the Russian Army between 1896 and 1899.
