Ed Anderson Jr Posted November 15, 2018 #1 Posted November 15, 2018 THE SHOW IS A GO>>> SEE LINK> http://www.sosovms.com/
Mortaydc60 Posted December 12, 2018 #3 Posted December 12, 2018 I will be there with 6 tables and 24 cases full of patches. Mainly US but have some British,Polish,VN, and Korean insignia.
teamski Posted December 12, 2018 #4 Posted December 12, 2018 The display restrictions seem sensible for the most part. -Ski
SARGE Posted December 13, 2018 #5 Posted December 13, 2018 I would not miss SOS for anything. I will be there at tables R 18-20 in the middle of the room. Drop by and say hello.
KVSkelton Posted December 19, 2018 #6 Posted December 19, 2018 I won't be able to make it up until Saturday, unfortunately, but (weather permitting for the drive) I'll be there to see whatever's still available on the last day! Kev
Brian Keith Posted December 27, 2018 #7 Posted December 27, 2018 I try to make it every year. The bridge toll is a treat! I usually find a number of treasures! Always see some great things! BKW
JB Floyd Posted January 8, 2019 #8 Posted January 8, 2019 I just started nailing down travel plans with my table helper, so we'll be there behind 9 tables of worldwide orders, decorations and medals (everything except Third Reich).. Nothing controversial, just quality, and authentic, awards.
Bugme Posted January 8, 2019 #9 Posted January 8, 2019 Booked my hotel two weeks ago and was shocked to find my hotel only had two rooms left... well, now one. Two other hotels had only 1 room left and one hotel was completely booked. These were all on Phillip's Lane right by the Kentuckey Exposition Center. So, I wouldn't drag your feet if you want a closer hotel.
Sully Posted February 6, 2019 #10 Posted February 6, 2019 I will be there with three tables. I'll be selling from my late uncle's collection. Mostly 3rd Reich but plenty of US and Vietnam too.
P-40Warhawk Posted February 6, 2019 #11 Posted February 6, 2019 If anyone has a moment, please take some photos to share with those of us who can't go. I'd love to see any UK or French WWI/WWII stuff.
Mr.Jerry Posted February 11, 2019 #12 Posted February 11, 2019 For this that may have missed it: https://www.jsonline.com/story/travel/wisconsin/weekend-getaway/2019/02/01/show-shows-sells-everything-japanese-swords-helmets-worn-recent-deployments/2712144002/ A nice article on the show.
SARGE Posted March 2, 2019 #13 Posted March 2, 2019 I forgot my camera so I did not get any photos of the show. I will say that I had a great time though. I was able to pick up some nice goodies and sell a few duplicates. I also enjoyed seeing old friends and making new ones. Several folks from the forum dropped by and said hello and we had some good discussions about our shared hobby. I am already signed up for next year!
