This is my first post on this exciting new forum. I am a WW2 collector specializing primarily in German and Japanese helmets.

 

Here is a nice Atlantikwall camo brought back by a US veteran.

 

Lot number 354. It originally had a black lined decal but a later grey lined KM decal was field applied. You almost never see field applied KM decals.

 

Beach sand was used to give it a rough finish in the camo paint.

Absolutely love this helmet and the shot of the soldier wearing a similar one next to the coastal artillery piece.

That is a new one for me, may even be a D Day souvenir. Those guys were picking up that stuff as soon as they could..
